Speech quality is good, but could be better...Because they are the only device on the market I have found to connect to 2 A2DP profile bluetooth devices, have good to great sound quality, and allow you to take only one ear off when you are on a call...Any hard connected devices like the Motorola S9 or any over/behind head product is secure in both ears when on, no matter what, which makes them impossible...

After pairing the device (which was no problem) I made a few phone calls and thanks to the noise cancelling of the DSP the sound quality was quite good, especially for a bluetooth device...The headphone speakers are good but not great...The sound quality is really good...
Sound quality is terrible for music, though it is fine for phone use...I have not tried to call the company yet, but bottom line is that I cannot wear the headset so it is useless to me...Overall it's a good unit and I would recommend trying it, I just ordered a second one for a friend...
