I only need to say two words...Kick A**! Although this is a very good & powerful amp, I question Kicker's quality control efforts...The second unit I got was simply dead in the box, & would not turn on (perhaps Kicker had a bad batch of units in late 2004/early 2005...Sound quality is good, although my vehicle in particular introduces a ton of noise with the gains halfway...
