I came to the conclusion that the unit must have shook the cartridge loose in shipping...In the excitement of having a new colour printer, most tend to not read over the manual but more often than not, it is good practice to RTFM (Read The Fine Manual) My rating for this printer is very high and I wholly recommend it for home office use...Photos on this printer are nice magazine quality, certainly...
