Mediocre color printing...Like many of the color laser models we've seen, the $999 Konica Minolta MagiColor 5430DL is bulky and cubical in shape...However, you can also run the 5430DL with Mac computers if you install a recommended PostScript emulator...Despite some good detail in shadows, excessive dithering and a strong ochre tint...

Good performance...Excellent text quality...Includes Ethernet port...Paper handling options include duplexer and trays for a maximum 1250 sheet capacity....Graphics and photo quality are at the low end of the range for color lasers...Support for legal-size paper...If the Konica Minolta magicolor 5430 DL ($999 direct) were about $200 less expensive, it would be a strong contender...
