Optical Zoom, Nice Design, Good Menu, 350 + frames per Batteries, Good Curves for Steady Catching...Big, Not so good Quality of Pictures, No Anti - shake option, No voice when Recording Video, No Underwater...Unfortunately the Anti-shake option which is present in other models does NOT exist in Z20 so its too dificult to take a picture when using zoom or taking pictures in the dark...Batteries...

The Z20 does feature an electronic viewfinder, which can be used instead of the LCD...They both also had very good dynamic range, with near-pure white, solid black, and a variety of grays...In truth, this camera is an affordable not-quite-superzoom camera that doesn't seem to know where it fits in...
the only bad thing is that the lens cap is not attached, so you have to be careful you don't loose it! I was looking for something to replace my Sony Cybershot and had my eye on this model for some time...I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality camera...I have used Canon, Fujifilm before and this one is as good as other top brands...
This is a real good camera for somebody who wants to have it all (almost) but just can't afford one that does...Powerful 8x zoom; great battery life; easy to use; good focus; many manual settings ISO CCD noise; unattached lens cap; "dark" lens The Z20 occupies a niche market with limited appeal - the "super zoom" digital camera...I decided to buy a good digital camera...
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, disappointing after a previous good run with Minolt film cameras...Good features, but too short exposure of 4 sec...Aparently it should be a good deal with 12x zoom and 5MP...
