This 42LD520 TV is part of the LD Series of LG HDTVs. Key features this TV offers: A 1080p HDTV will have a 1920 x 1080 display and is suitable for an HDTV of any size and will present full HD video with stunning clarity and definition. A 120 Hz refresh rate will display video smoothly and accurately; it's perfect for watching fast-action content like sports and action movies. Sets with Edge-Lit LED backlighting have LED bulbs installed in the bezel of the set, which send their light through a refractor, illuminating an LCD display. TruMotion 120 Hz is LG's method of motion interpolation, allowing the HDTV to display video at a 120 Hz refrsh rate.
