I compared several 19" monitors, and the LG "looked" better, clearer, and brighter then the Viewsonic, Sony, or the Samsung...This brand had been recommended by a few people who know about such things...I gave "support" no rating only because I have had no need for it and can't honestly say how good it is...
I like the picture, against the Samsung now, it looks just as good (if not better) than the Samsung in any price range, i just bought it today and wow, the prices have come down from 2 months ago, the Samsung was almost $500 for the quality this LG...One thing I do recommend is splurging on a DVI-D cable...I'm not sure why it doesn't come with one in the box, but the already good image...
