I get color quality I expect, not as great as photo quality but as good as HP or Samsung CLP300 (see below...Finally C500 gave best result than my colleague HP 2600 (the office next to me) I share printer over network for B/W...A small departmental printer, BUT I don't recommend putting a color printer as a departemental printer for cost of color toner reasons...
The printer comes with "starter" cartridges only good for 1000 pages at 5% coverage...If you have a home-office and Windows XP, then it's a good value...I tried printing on the recommended photo paper and it puts black lines down the back of the paper...
