All the service engineers were very pleasant and WHEN the C720 worked it was a nice printer...It worked masterfully for 54 weeks -- too bad the warranty was for 52...Better than average color pictures for a laser but still nowhere near inkjet images...
Going from an inkjet to the laser printer was a bit intimidating...fast, good quality expensive, technically a disaster! We are so tired of this sick printer...We would not recommend this machine to anybody...
