Software is really good and intuitive...The copy function works good too! In the 7th month of owning this device and have yet to have a paper jam...Small paper tray gets annoying to reload I would recommend this for the lightest of home users who do not print photos or colorful presentations...
Now with that said once it is up and running it is very good...I think the problem with a lot of the bad reviews for lexmarks stem from one of two things...Users do not know how to properly install the software and are so upset that it is a little problamatic that they give this printer a bad review...
