Most Marantz dealers are kind of snobbish...My SR-6400 arrived with the display not working, and the on-screen menu system not working...sr 5500) but that model has 10 less watts so i went with the 6400 instead...
This receiver is an excellent value for the dollar...The on-screen menu allows for easy setup, and is visually much better then staring at the display on the receiver itself...Those who demand high end performance on a budget, will get everything they need in this model, and save alot over the 7400 receiver...
