I bought the Melitta for it's ease of use and good looks...Basically, the tea's not very good so if that's the reason you are buying this unit, may I suggest you look elsewhere or buy decent loose tea and brew it in a pot like the Brits...Convenient, good looking, but only a fair cup-a-Joe...

Very convenient I am drinking more coffee I bought one of these for my office as soon as I saw it advertised over 1 year ago...With the Melitta I can brew one cup of coffee for myself whenever I want it, and then brew some decaf for my wife...I did not rate it high in features because it has no extra features, and it does not need any!
