I had a Jabra SP100 and it was so bad I almost gave up on this type of device...You can probably do better if you spend a lot more, but this is a good value and really is the cheapest you're going to find that will actually work...I hate ear pieces mainly because I just don't get enough calls to justify having a thing strapped around my ear for hours on end, but this was a good median between the two...
