Slick design, good range, long battery life,
and more.....None......I recently switch my wireless service provider and as a result bought two new phones (one for me and the other for my wife...The difference between the HS850 and the older HS810 is the slight change in design (color), better volume, and longer battery life...The HS810 was silver whereas the new HS850 is grey......

This is a good thing, I guess, because if you stray too far you can simply move back within range instead of having to reestablish the connection...After giving it a couple of hours' initial charge as recommended in the manual, I talked on it quite a bit yesterday, much longer than the phone itself would have run on its own battery power...I'd say that's pretty impressive device compatibility!...
