Charter Cable absolutely no issues, Physical setup took 3 minutes, Much better than Linksys WCG200, wireless now works on all my computers, MAC and WEP work No automatic MAC detection, WEP screen not intuitive but both work just takes some adjusting...Overall much better experience than with Linksys Cable modem which required registering the MAC with Charter over the phone...Again, this is not a product...
