The Motorola V170 cell phone is like a pretty face with a bad personality...I would not recommend this model, I have been a faithful Tracfone user for years, and this cell phone is going back to Walmart...I love my new Motorola V170 cell phone but I have trouble hearing the caller, especially if I'm not in a quiet place...
