Batteries don't last long, Blury pictures when the subject is moving, Poor light sensitivity, Fragile...I have two traditional (film) cameras, and I bought the Mustek Gsmart D30 just to take some pictures to send to my friends through the internet...I would recommend it (or preferably the D35) to someone who wants a cheap digital camera to play with...

I had to return the first unit shipped to me because of problems with flash pictures...Tech support is pretty good- not toll-free, but short wait times, even when called at their "high" volume period...At normal zoom, the photos are very good...
