I pretty much snatched this DVD player up because it was half-price at the local electronics chain -- and that's about the only real good point of this player...Good product, at a reasonable price...Overall good buy for the money but I would not spend more than 60-70 for this, or buy a good comprehensive service plan or something...
The sound quality was not perfect, but was as good as any other portable DVD player...Overall, I would recommend this portable DVD player if you need mobile entertainment, but you're on a budget...But it does everything it is supposed to do, and could be a good choice if you can get it cheap...
I didnt expect much other than a cheap player that I could use on the plane or the kids could use...I would have liked a carrying case and the battery doesnt last long and probably wont get you through a long movie but I have yet to sit and watch a whole movie...The video quality is good enough...
