Cheap...Small, blurry screen, 32MB memory is a joke...When connected to a PC thru USB, you can use Windows Explorer to transfer files between your PC and the device...I?m sure it will find its consumer base, but I would recommend to go for something a bit more expensive, yet a lot more satisfying...It comes with a speaker, but unless you have supersonic hearing or are in a quite room all by yourself...

Before I get critical, I want to summarize that I am overall impressed by this compact piece of technology...And if you have a way to easily hook up a video source for recording, you'll definitely make good use of the device...The Video & Sound quality is great, the supplied case was a nice pluss, and being a SOLID STATE device unlike most other (portable MP4/DiVX) players you wont have to worry about...
The bad part is that it will only take SD cards up to 512K, it's construction is kind of flimsy, and you have to first re-encode any avi or wmv files you plan to play on the unit with the included software...A good deal for the small price...Overall nice product for the price...

Overall, I am very pleased with the product!!! Pretty easy to use...portable and versitile, good battery life, the tv(av input) recorder is a really cool function, not much memory, need to buy external SD card (512MB or 1GB) to store video...The low quality is good with movies that don't move a bunch but pixelates (gets blurry) when the screen is doing too much movement...
