It was a gift for our son, and he will get good use from it...as would a service or delivery person, I would not recommend this unit...I think that is good enough for the money you paid...
Quality seems good - the buttons do not feel as though they are going to fall off or break...He's only had it for a week, but so far so good...I expect it to continue to give my parents some good service...
