Please note that BEFORE I purchased this unit I made 3 separate "pre-sales" calls to Netgear tech support and received what I considered to be good information in each instance (I even placed a call at 3am one morning to check if they really were 24/7...So if you need L2TP, then this router is a good value...After a call to Netgear support, they recommended turning off the spooling...
Thanks to all the reviewers who know more than I and recommended this device...I thought my previous router was pretty good (until it failed after 4 years continuous service.) However, the FR114P beats it for more solid connections and its metal cabinet is more rugged than plastic and dissipates heat better...Good user interface, fairly easy to understand, stable and reliable...
