My Vista Ultimate 32-bit doesn't like if you hide the SSID, so I recommend not disabling the SSID broadcast if you're using my Vista computer...Non that I can think of Don't waste your money on those expensive routers...This is the only router I recommend that I have had great success with...Great sleek design > doesn't stick out in the room > also works good with Xbox 360's...

Bottom line, tech support is a joke, if you have a problem...It does a good job of detecting what devices are connected to minimize having to type in MAC or IP addresses...Perhaps this was just a bad one out of the batch...
