The bottom line is that if you botch a setting shooting RAW files you are much more likely to be able to salvage the photo if you shot RAW, as compared to if you shot JPEG...The user interface is on the clunky side too, although it is not all that bad...The bad news is that the program has a nasty habit of crashing, so save your changes frequently and be prepared to reload as needed...
Overall, I don't think you can find a better program for raw files...Good results Not Durable, Unreliable, Very Slow All Nikon softwares have a tendency to crash...This whole NX series is good for ametures not at all for professionals...
