Easy to use and connect...Other people can hear what you say...This is not so bad if you turn the volume setting to low...The cost is not too bad for a bluetooth headset...It is easy to connect and use, aswell as having good clarity......

Sony Ericsson is pretty good, but not too sturdy...That is good if you have 2 or more phones with bluetooth like I do...I have good hearing but this thing is hard to hear...
its always loosing the connection from my nokia 7610 phone..and its always turning off itself..im regret that i bought it..i believe normally pruduct is good maybe one that i bought has some problem..i dont know...Does not seal in the ear will, so it is not good in a nosy enviroment...good thing they fix the microphone, or at least I believe that......
