The 30-inch Syntax Olevia LT30HV checks in at just $1,599, the lowest price in the group...I/O options are plentiful, but this panel doesn't include an I/O box that would send an I/O cable to the panel...And even here, it did a pretty good job as LCD panels go, though it did exhibit some of the washed-out black levels we've come to associate with LCDs...Still, for its very low...

Good to excellent picture quality depending on source
Independent display setting for each input...Bland remote control

Inexpensive for a flat-panel LCD HDTV; independent input memory; DVI input....Lackluster styling; ill-conceived remote; poor color decoding; unable to render deep blacks; no 2:3 pull-down...The remote control is better suited to a $50 VCR than a $2,000 HDTV...Aside from the three color-temperature presets, the LT30HV does not offer much else--no picture presets or settings for video processing...Comparing...
