KEF's KHT5005.2 speaker system and Onkyo's TX-SR674 surround receiver are an odd couple...It's a plain black box with a very good features set for the price...The subwoofer setting was only 1 dB below my usual preference, but the overall tonal balance tilted toward a much brighter sound...Under different circumstances, though, I might have reached a different conclusion...
