The sound is left to be desired, but is not as bad as some other designs...sound distortion, remote has bad layout, lousy customer support I bought this TV for my son's birthday in June 2005...He had a small 13-inch one with only 13 channels, so we felt a 20-inch that could access all the channels would be good...
