I wouldn't recommend the white glove service from AIT...The guy they sent, 1 guy for a TV that's like 100+ llbs) was bouncing it around like crazy too, but good thing it's packed really well from the factory...I replaced an old 32'' CRT with this bad boy, and all I can say is WOW......
Now that we're aware of this, it's not much of a problem to get a good SD picture using the manual format selection menu...The sides are sharp and the corners are pointed -- not a device that you want to hold onto while changing channels etc, but it'd probably make a good weapon if you wanted to stab someone...The HD channels are so good, we find ourselves just mezmerized by how clear and bright all...
