The only difference is that the 645 includes a digital signal-processing chip that reduces background noise and improves audio quality...Comparing these reviews to 74547 other Headsets reviews gives this product an overall alaScore™ 67/100 = Good...It's particularly good for frequent callers who don't want to wear an earpiece all day...
