Very portable, good-quality scans...A bit pricey...Thankfully, Plustek is trying to change that with its OpticSlim M12 Plus portable scanner...Scans are easy to perform with the M12 Plus...While this is a much lower resolution than provided by desktop scanners, it is not bad for such a compact scanner as the M12 Plus...Plustec's OpticSlim M12 Plus portable scanner...

Scanner arrived in only 3 working days with the Amazon free shipping...Being powered by USB cable is a real convenience! Scans are very good and the software is easy to use...Think I'll try another brand and sell the 'refurbished' one on ebay...
I got it to work fine with Vista...I would still recommend this for online deposit...Does a great job while mobile and is small enough to fit into most note book cases...
A piece of junk from a lousy company that does not beleive in customer support...Hey guys, we are at version 8 in 2007 not 5!!! I contacted another time their customer support; no answer yet...I have this scanner sitting next to my laptop idle for 4 days without any solution to make it work...
