Dead in the box I read all the reviews before making my decision and decided to ignore the reviewers that said that Polaroids service dept was lacking...I reasoned that if the TV was any good, I wouldn't need to deal with the service dept...I will NEVER EVER buy another Polaroid product and I urge you to save yourself the headache and do the same...
