Bravo is two separate products combined into a single unit...Since it burns one disc while simultaneously printing the label on another, the Bravo requires two cable connections to your PC or Macintosh...We checked out the PC version of the label software, called SureThing...And printing at 2400 dots per inch is as good as it gets...
The design is so poor that tech support recommends covering the unit with a towel to keep out light so the unit will function in a lit room! They also suggest loosening the screws on the disk tray and wiping the transport belt as "fixes...The problem is heat, poor design and amazingly bad software...I used both Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim discs, both of which I would recommend as well...
I was very disappointed with the quality of the device...After about 1500 Cds it started aborting jobs...when I called tech support and then customer service they made me jump through several hoops and send them my original PR before determining it was under warrenty...Primera sent me some free recordable cd's and something to change the compacity of the publisher...
