The general build quality is quite pathetic,discs becoming frequently jammed or stuck when the intray closes,I had to rewrap the printer roll by hand on two occasions as a jammed disc had caused the roll to tear...The only positive is that I do really like the thermal format,as opposed to stick ons or inkjet,and the occasional reasonable[in black and white] result does look quite good...
