I asked for this model in the beginning, they ran out of them, and I got another (crappy) model instead...This is because apparently the remote cannot hold up to frequent use...It's almost impossible to use the buttons without the covering over the remote board because it doesn't recognize when just your fingers are pushing on the bare board...
