When it was new, it was a good unit with some nice editing features not found on other less expensive models...So this is a good machine, but don't expect it to function for much more than a year...While it now occassionally hangs up due to the high usage I have put it through as well as its age-overall it still is a solid machine...
Overall, I am very pleased with this product...I think for the value of the price paid it is well worth the purchase...The instruction manuel is fine print and does not have a very good index or table of contents...so it is hard to find info quickly...
