Two of the discs were bad — even the best media yields a few coasters — but I liked the fact that the 2000i recognized these as such and printed “reject” across them so they wouldn't be confused with the good DVDs...Based on our experiences with the 2000i and 360i, we'd say one of these plans is recommended...

Overall I still did'nt solve the "reject" problem...I put in several hours of problem solving and only have 7 good copys to show for it...I love the units when they work, and support aways does the right thing but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who needs to make more than 30 CDs a week...
It seems that the device driver is not compatable with windows XP logo...It keeps causing windows to show a "stop error" and shuts down...My computer was bought in Dec 05 with 3 gigs and 2000 RAM...
