Good if you ran battery down to the ground and refused to shut off and lost volatile memory...All of the CNET review points are accurate, including the cons but, if you need a full featured smartphone for international travel, there is none better than the IP-830w...It's intutitive and the Windows Mobile OS is pretty good...
