I am put off by the low quality coming out of the factory, but when you have this TV with a flat screen and a new engine, it looks pretty darn good...I watched them replace the part, and the TV now looks and works as good as new...Overall I am very happy with the TV Quality...

My advice is stop shopping and start enjoying the best picture for the money.The 67 series has as good a picture as the new 77 series...thanx Bright, Sharp, rainbow-FREE Picture just to begin...Remote isn't the best but serious A/V people usually get a good universal anyhow...I've owned a HD 36" CRT set, a HD 40" CRT, a HD LCD 37", and 3 HD LCD projection sets with 1 at 55" & 2 at 60" & like mentioned...
Build quality seems good, no cheaper or fancier than anything else in the same price/quality range...We all know how great this TV is already, so I will focus my review on the bad sides I've noticed over the past two weeks...Just be sure that you are able to have your TV set at a good height, because the image is noticeably darker when standing up or sitting down on the ground...
