Few good things about this TV are clear pictures, remote, light weight, etc...Not horrible, but not as good as on an old-fashioned CRT television...Bottom line is that HDTV has not yet matured to the point that it's a great idea for everyone...

Two bad tvs in a row!!!!! Honestly, these two tv's didn't operate long enough to even give a review !!!!! If you get this tv I would definitly get an extended warranty...The energy star rating is good too...Highly Recommended!! Good quality and reasonably priced None so far I was considering buying the Sony XBR or the Samsung...Multiple salespeople from different stores recommended the Samsung...Plasma lost out because of the weight - most weigh 100lbs+ for a 42" model (this one weighs in at 60#.) And DLP and other projection models were just too bulky overall...
