The text print quality is as good as the HP Laserjet 1020 ($129.99 Amazon) and the 1022 ($201.99 Amazon...The image print quality is almost a good...Definately would recommend against this printer for that reason and the value isn't as good...
This model has a toner saving feature and that, I hope, will extend the life of the cartridge by a good bit...The first few times to use it seem REALLY loud, but you get used to it and it isn't so bad...After a short warm-up period, it starts spitting pages out at a pretty good clip...
