Even if the remote would have actually worked as it was supposed to, it would suffer from bad ergonomics...I just don't like programming it! this is a really bad remote...try to get help from samsung's web site?--good luck...
Too bad Samsung didn't take the time to program the unit properly...Bottom line, you're stuck using the best code & not crying over the ones that don't work (especially necessary controls) or program everything and still not crying over the ones that don't work...You can't even change the LCD buttons display so if you want a control that's not listed it's too...
I agree with the previous post...WASTED MONEY !!!! Worthless, out of the 10 devices I tried programming only 4 worked and none of them are working correctly...Spend the extra money and buy the Logitec Harmony or Philips Pronto line of remotes, save the frustration...
