The Jitterbug Dial is very user-friendly, with a bright display, large and tactile keypad, and many of the same characteristics as a landline cordless...The Jitterbug Dial is rather bulky...The volume rocker is in an awkward position...Voice dialing sometimes...Yes, I can cancel at anytime, but it's not cost-effective after we've invested so much in two phones...I gave my opinion to jitterbug...I understand...
