Mine also arrived with a dent in the corner--not bad enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but less than I had a right to expect in a new $299 product...The only feature I would have liked for it to have was for it to be automatically defrosting, but I just now had to defrost it after 3 months...4 times a year is not bad...The good reputation for returns of Amazon helped in the decision...
