Extremely efficient for all surfaces...Possibly a little heavy to carry upstairs...My daughter also has this cleaner & she has 2 cats & a dog...I have in the past had many different vacs including Dyson & I have to say that this is the best ever...This vac has been the best she has had for lifting animal hairs from carpets etc......

I had great expectations for this vacuum before I began using it...It was recommended to be changed after every 10 bag changes, but I still haven't gone through ten bags! I can't wait to buy another of these for upstairs and the basement...It seems to be very temperamental immediately following a bag change...
Long cable means I can plug my Sebo in in one room and vacuum the entire flat without changing sockets...None This machine should be on all wedding lists as I am sure it will last a lifetime if looked after as instructed in the handbook, just wish I had found this upright 30 years ago...Forget the cyclones even with two dogs this machine is a bad boy...
