This Retractor has been really good, but it's 3 years old now and our daily kitchen workhorse (we have 3 furry dogs and 3 kids...I was very surprised to see negative comments because I absolutely love this little light weight gadget and would recommend it hightly to anyone...The unit is very powerful, retractor cord is very convenient, on board tool for hard to reach areas...
The bad far outweighs the good but just to be fair i'll list the only good things about it: Here's the good: 1...The few good line items on the box of HEPA and retractable cord can't overcome the fact that this thing is nearly worthless except for a very specific use and even then blowing the air out the front defeats what you're trying to accomplish...IT SUCKS and not in a good way...
