The software gave me the instructions to fix the error and it worked! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lack of faxing, but the printing and copying is very good and exceptionally fast...Love it! The laser quality double sided printing, and laser quality copying are as good as expected...This may require you to use a heavier weight paper, and 24lb does not seem to curl as bad...
