Nothing Horrible Support, poor copy quality, Unreliable I purchased this copier for my financial planning practice in 2006 and purchased the extended warranty which is as useless as the machine...Within a year toner was found all over the place, a Sharp toner cartridge was defective and a drum may have been going bad...Its probably only good for occassional light copying at best...
