Ugly, basic looking remote, standard definition TV looks bad, 12-15 sec boot time, takes a sec or two to change channels...I got a great deal on this TV ($320) when it retails for 500 which is also not bad considering Samsung is asking for 700 for their 23 inch HD-Ready TV...SD channels look pretty bad though but probably because I've been exposed to HD and love it so much...
