Blocks out background noise, very clear sound quality, less damage to ears ....Does't block out everything ...Can be uncomfortable at first...I bought my Shuree2c headphones after a recommendation from a friend...I also found some positive recommendations of them on the internet...However the e2cs come with 3 different kinds of buds, in 3 different sizes...I have read complaints...

A friend strongly recommended these, so I gulped and took the plunge...They take a little work to get a good fit...The E2's are just as good or better because of the fit...
Highly recommended! Fit perfectly into the ear...The sound quality is very good for earbuds...It felt bad at first when I felt constant pressure inside the ears, but I gradually got used to it as I used the headphones more and more...
lacks bass, not a good choice if you listen to hiphop, rap my $14.99 koss plugs, have a much better bass and I am still using that pair, but they dont last as long with my heavy use for workingout/running:)(they used to be good quality...The response is good throughout the range and high volume is not necessary...Hold it for a second or so while the foam expands and you have a good seal...
