As you’d expect, superzooms offer a much longer optical zoom than those found on a standard compact...Sony’s DSC-H3 certainly looks and feels the part...At the top of the DSC-H3 is a small power button, large shutter button and a dial for selecting the various modes, including camera, manual control, and scene settings...
I rather like the in-LCD mode wheel reminder that lets you know which option you've just switched to on the jog dial, and what that mode is good for...But, if you're willing to pay a few extra bucks for the cards, I hear they tend to be pretty good quality (especially the Pro cards, which have a faster access time...Still a good idea to keep the camera steady on general principle, of course...

Well so far i love the camera as picture quality is very good with excellent IS and the 10X zoom is great...I have also just read the first magazine review i have seen for it in Which Digital Camera magazine and it won Best Buy with an overall score of 90% in the compact zuperzooms test...Sony did a good job in reducing noise problems...
